1. Prohibition of CSAM/CSAE and Commitment to Child Safety
Dime Network has a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). We prioritize the safety and well-being of minors on our platform and actively work to prevent harmful content or behavior. Any violation of this policy will result in immediate content removal, account termination, and reporting to law enforcement authorities under applicable laws
2. Implementation of Child Safety Measures
2.1 Age Restrictions
Dime Network is restricted to users aged 17 and older based on your geographical location and store (I.E. Google Playstore or iOS Appstore). During registration, all users must confirm they meet this age requirement. Accounts for users under 17 are not permitted or require verifiable parental consent through a documented process, aligning with the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
2.2 Automated Content Moderation
All newly created posts are scanned using Google Cloud Vision AI, which detects inappropriate content such as:
Nudity or sexually explicit material
Drug-related imagery
Violence or harmful behavior
Content flagged by this system is automatically blocked from being published. Suspected CSAM is immediately reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant EU authorities.
2.3 User Reporting Tools
If our automated systems miss inappropriate content, users can report violations directly through an in-app reporting feature. Reports are categorized by severity (e.g., CSAM, harassment) and prioritized for review by our moderation team.
2.4 Child Safety Point of Contact
Children, parents, or guardians can contact our Child Safety Team for assistance with:
Reporting concerns about misconduct
Requesting account deletion for minors
Seeking guidance on safety settings

We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours.
2.5 Legal Compliance
Dime Network adheres to:
EU Directive 2011/93/EU: Combating child sexual abuse and exploitation.
U.S. COPPA Rule: Protecting children’s privacy online.
DSA (EU Digital Services Act): Transparent content moderation and reporting obligations.
We cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations and maintain logs of CSAM reports for regulatory audits.

Process for CSAM Reports:
All reports are reviewed within 24 hours of submission.
Confirmed CSAM is reported to NCMEC (U.S.) and INHOPE (EU) within 48 hours.
Users receive confirmation of action taken, where legally permitted.
